Care AI Studio is a platform for configuring, testing and operating Meta’s AI-powered customer support. I created the product strategy and designed core workflow and knowledge experiences. The first release shipped in April 2026.
Meta Horizon Managed Solutions gave organisations a way to use Meta products without employees relying on personal Facebook profiles. I designed core experiences across Managed Meta Accounts, Work Accounts Center and Admin Center, then led the extension to cross-company access.
Time & Place is a dating app designed to move online matches toward real dates. As Founding Designer and Advisor, I reset the product direction, redesigned the core iOS experience, built the design system and shaped a venue-partnership model.
My Emirates Pass is an iOS experience for Emirates passengers to unlock, discover and redeem partner offers across Dubai. As Design Lead at Prototype, I designed the end-to-end journey from boarding-pass verification to nearby discovery and in-person redemption.
